Please help us maintain the beauty of CozyLuxe by following these guidelines:

1. QUIET HOURS

Strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Please keep noise to a minimum in hallways and balcony

2. STRICTLY NO SMOKING

The suite is a smoke-free zone — please use designated building areas if needed

3. BEDDING & LINENS

Please avoid eating on the bed to prevent stains
Any permanent damage to linens may be deducted from the security deposit

4. POOL USE

Please follow the building's pool schedule and attire rules
Remember to dry off before entering elevators/suite

5. WASTE MANAGEMENT

Please tie up trash bags and place them in the unit's bin or building's garbage chute

6. ENERGY SAVING

Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the suite or upon final check-out

7. SECURITY

Ensure the door is locked at all times for your safety

Preparing light meals (salads, cereals, fruits)

❌ PROHIBITED (HEAVY COOKING)

Deep-frying or heavy pan-frying
Slow-cooking heavy stews (e.g. Bulalo, heavy meats)
Pungent ingredients (fish, dried seafood, strong spices)
